110/220v, Pull start. Starts with one pull. Had it for about a year and stored away heated storage. Bought off a guy on another site and haven't had any problems with it, just did a tune up with it and she purrs.
Would like to see $650 but also willing to trade anything with motor two wheels or project quad.
