I have for rent a 1bedroom basement suite in Ashley park neighbourhood. Suite has been recently redone with in floor heat, tile bathroom and well insulated walls with timber on exterior. Heat and water included in rent, tenant pays in suite electrical and internet can be split with other tenants. Laundry is normally included but currently hunting for a new washer.
