This Honey is directly from the Bee Hive. It is Triple strained and then poured, Safety SEALED with heat tape, and into the container right away after it is extracted!
Dandelion Honey stays soft for a period of time and then will harden , IF it doesn't crystallize, it is NOT RAW HONEY.
The amber coloured plastic jars show the last pull of Wild Flower Honey ... it will harden with time. Put the container into hot tap water and stir ... by doing this .... it will be soft enough to scoop up or spread ..... and not destroy its Raw properties.

RAW Canola Honey, it does crystallize shortly after straining and pouring into the jar. It is fairly hardened honey, and can liquify or soften in a warm water bath to keep its raw properties. I find that by simply stirring the honey following will soften, enough to scoop up and spread.

DID YOU KNOW ... Honey has no stale date ... it is one of the very few foods that will self preserve. We store ours in a cool-room.

This honey rates 10-15mm on Jack's Scale of Honey color grading. ((this scale goes from 0mm (excellent) to 140mm (poor) ))
We use a refractor to determine water content .... ours is 16.5 (less than 20 is the desired) 16 -16.5 is excellent!
